About the Program

The Master in Business Administration (MBA) program is designed to develop future leaders with advanced knowledge in strategic management, finance, marketing, and business innovation. The program emphasizes leadership, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills, enabling students to address complex business challenges in a global context. Students who complete the MBA Degree Program will be able to:

  • Prepare research documents in the English language accurately, creatively, and analytically.
  • Formulate an international business perspective regarding corporate governance, international collaboration, and global operations.
  • Articulate the global macroeconomic and microeconomic business climate and interpret its effects on the organization’s investment decisions.
  • Synthesize United States GAAP related to accounting and financial tools to critically evaluate corporate finance decisions and strategies.
  • Evaluate and describe the components of a global marketing plan for an organization, based upon a thorough global assessment of potential markets and competitors for a given product or service.
  • Analyze the business environment using business models to identify potential opportunities and formulate effective enterprise-wide strategies to achieve a competitive advantage.

Admission to the master’s program may be accepted for students returning to school after 5 years of documented work experience upon review of prior learning experience. These students may be accepted as non-degree seeking students.
